Delivery & Returns
Once you have placed an order with Trend Designs at Home, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately to advise we have received your order. We will respond to your request usually within 24 hrs to advise the approximate lead time for delivery. In stock items are usually delivered to a UK address within 7-10 working days from time of purchase. For out of stock lines, we will confirm (prior to the delivery date) by phone or e-mail the approximate expected lead time.
DELIVERY METHODS EXPLAINED
We will deliver the goods to the address supplied by you at the point of order, this can either be to your own address or a nominated address given by you. Large items are delivered between 8.00 and 17.30 Monday to Friday. If you require a Weekend or evening delivery this is an additional cost.
Delivery methods are:
Collect From UK Warehouse – You may choose to collect your order from our warehouse in Byfleet, Surrey yourself (or arrange your own transport at your own expense). We will contact you to discuss how you would like the goods packaged and let you know when available for collection, normally 3-5 working days for in stock items. Collection from our warehouse is by appointment only.
UK Parcel Delivery – for small items: Delivery to your door, between 7.30 and 18.30 Monday to Friday, normally within 7-10 working days for in-stock items. Tracking details will be sent by the courier once the order has been despatched.
UK Standard Delivery – For orders over £500 we offer a free standard delivery service to the UK mainland (England, Scotland & Wales) excludes Northern Ireland & Highlands, Please contact us for a delivery charge to these areas & we can obtain a quote. We will deliver to the entrance of your property. It can take 1 to 3 Weeks to arrange a delivery date with our couriers.
It is important that you inform us if there is restricted access to the delivery address or if delivery is not to the ground floor. Please note this may incur extra charges. If you have any special requirements regarding delivery including specific time slots and dates please inform us at the time of placing the order, and we will inform you if this is possible. Please check that all items ordered have been delivered and inspect the items for any damages while the driver is still on the property. Failed deliveries because of not being able to access the property, either due to the size of a product, or owner not being present on the agreed day may result in a re-delivery charge.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
To cancel an order please e-mail email@example.com, marking the subject field of the e-mail as “cancellation of order” with 48 hours of placing your order. Cancellations cannot be made after the delivery date has been confirmed, as these have been processed and will be on route to your address.
RETURNING AN ORDER
You may return the product to Trend Designs at Home should you find it to be damaged or incorrect. Any courier damages or incorrect deliveries should be advised by e-mail, together with a clear digital image of the problem, within 3 days of receipt of the goods to firstname.lastname@example.org. If items are damaged or incorrect we will arrange collection. All returns should be sent back to the following address, accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

The cost of any returns carriage shall be borne by you. All returns should be insured against carrier damage i.e. recorded delivery. You are responsible for the safekeeping of the item until we receive it. All returns must be packaged in their original packaging to avoid damage. All returns will be assessed for damage and customer abuse, should we feel that either has been carried out we may either, offer a partial refund or no refund. We will not accept returns if the item is used unless found to be faulty. In the event of a fault, you must first contact Trend Designs at Home by phone or e-mail, we may wish to send an agent to access the fault, for possible repair, before agreeing with any return.
